During the course of this trip we expect to enjoy our fair share of seafood. And this of course includes fish and chips. This is the first entry in what should become a strongly contested international battle judged on both taste and style points.
This entry is from the Fairmont Vancouver Airport. A pretty pricey fish and chips but taste and presentation were first class. Washed down with a nice Mission Hill Chardonnay this represents a very worthwhile opener for Canada!
